Burton Latimer's WW1 Heroes Exhibition Coffee Morning

Coffee Morning to raise money to support our Museum. Lots of home made cakes, including the opportunity to sample cake made from a 1915 recipe (this cake was made to send to soldiers in the trenches). Also a chocolate themed tombola, with yummy prizes!
A choir of children from St Mary's CE Primary Academy will sing and there will be a display of WW1 themed work from the school.
In the Exhibition we have folders of biographies of all 104 men who died and a database of the 500 men on our Roll of Honour. Our researcher will be available.
