Beautiful Spanish Renaissance music at Wolfhampcote

26 JUN

Fiori present

Beautiful choral music

After the excitement of Fiori's recent concert in honour of the
Queen's Platinum Jubilee at Lamport,
Fiori present
beautiful choral music in delightful and unusual country churches, including Fiori's popular Renaissance choral concert at Wolfhampcote on Sunday 26 June at 6.00pm
sponsored by the Braunston Marina

This year the programme at Wolfhampcote features
Tomas Luis de Victoria's sublime Missa pro defunctis
written in memory of the Empress Maria in 1605.
An opportunity to enjoy the peace and tranquilty of this atmospheric isolated church, suffused with wonderfully
transcendental choral music from the
 Spanish Renaissance.
How better to celebrate midsummer!
Please visit fiori-musicali.com to see
what further musical treats are coming up.

Still to come this summer - a  fabulous concert of baroque concertos at Castle Ashby with violinist Kerstin Linder-Dewan and spectacular Venetian music at Fotheringhay, as well as an exciting performance of English baroque music at Earls Barton with David Blackadder - one of the world's finest trumpeters.
And if you enjoy a peaceful choral evensong, you can hear singers from the Fiori Choir in full traditional Choral Evensongs
according to the Book of Common Prayer at Edgcote at 5.00pm on the second Sundays of June, July and September
- doors open at 4.30pm
Next service this Sunday 12 June.

Concert tickets are available online - please see fiori-musicali.com  You can also buy on the door (if we are not sold out)!  Evensongs are free and unticketed.

We very much look forward to seeing you.
