The tale of two Northampton-born victorian brothers. Philadelphus Jeyes and John Jeyes. Philadelphus Jeyes - "Chymist & druggist", businessman, producer of Jeyes' Northamptonshire sauce in 1835. John Jeyes, botanist, nurseryman, inventor of many disinfectants including the world-famous jeyes fluid in 1877.
