Occasionally each of us craves space and time away from it all. Country Bumpkin Yurts is all about escaping the everyday and embracing nature. We love our yurts; they are beautiful structures filled with home comforts, whilst also keeping their camping vibes and their element of adventure. They are the best of both worlds.
Our site comprises three traditionally designed yurts with private bathrooms and alfresco kitchenettes. Two of our yurts can sleep up to six people and our smaller yurt accommodates two people. A log burner, shabby chic furnishings and cosy beds are in each tent so you can rest in comfort and style. Our eco-friendly wood burning hot tub makes it a yurt glamping experience for those looking for an extra special stay.
Based on Waterloo Cottage Farm in the small village of Great Oxendon, Country Bumpkin Yurts provides an immersive countryside experience in the heart of the East Midlands. With bridleways, great walking, cycling, leisure and eating out opportunities just a stones-throw away, we make a great base for a relaxing retreat or family reunion.
