Northampton Philharmonic Choir, inaugurated in 1896, had a long and distinguished past and now strives to be the most enterprising choral society in Northamptonshire. The choir sings a huge range of music from across the centuries - from Palestrina via Bach, Mozart, Rossini and Brahms to Ralph Vaughan Williams, John Rutter and George Shearing - from unaccompanied repertoire to programmes with professional orchestras and soloists.
If you, like us, love singing, a warm welcome is waiting for you at NPC. We are a friendly group with varying degrees of ability but all with a passion for singing a widely varied repertoire of choral music. Full details of concerts, membership and rehearsals are available on our website.
