Royal & Derngate

Drama, music, dance, comedy & film; Northampton

Royal & Derngate, Northampton is the main venue for arts and entertainment in Northamptonshire – last year we welcomed over 314,000 audience members for a diverse programme of drama, music, dance, comedy and film. Another 180,000 people saw our work across the country, shows originated, cast, built, rehearsed and premiered on our stages.

We were thrilled to win the award for Best Presentation of Touring Theatre in the UK Theatre Awards 2015, acknowledging our Made In Northampton season.
